Abstract

As submarine-launched missile moving under water, the complex force can cause severe impact and vibration to it. The mechanical characteristics analysis of a missile shell was considering it as a simple structure for cylindrical shells structure mostly. In this paper, the shell is considered as two stages with a contact section. The structure dynamics was analyzed under axial and radial loading respectively, and the results were compared with a single-stage shell model.
