Abstract

The organissational behaviour of employees in ecological protection is of interest to researchers. This study aimed to examine the relationship between organisational justice variability, organisational injustice, psychological capital, and sleep quality based on job demands-resources model. 322 ethnic Chinese ecological protection employees working at the department of sustainability, engineering, and repair participated in this study. The results revealed that organisational justice variability presented stronger negative effects on sleep quality than organisational injustice; organisational justice variability would not merely directly affect sleep quality, but also indirectly affect sleep quality through psychological capital. The study suggested that the cultivation and training of ecological protection employees should concern more on the consistency and fairness of management and decision making.
