Abstract

(1-x)K0.05La0.05Ba0.054(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.846Ti0.95Cr0.025Nb0.025O3-xSrTiO3 ceramics (abbreviated as (1-x)KLBBNT-xST, x=0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) were fabricated using solid state reaction method. The ceramic sample with x=0.05 demonstrates outstanding temperature stability of dielectric properties, achieving a maximum permittivity (εrmax) of approximately 3420. The temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of x=0.05 ceramics remains within −15 %≤TCC≤15 % over the temperature range of 54–308 ℃. Analysis of the phase structure and ε-temperature graphs suggests that the outstanding dielectric temperature performance may be attributed to the multiple elements doping strategy, which improves the dielectric constant while expanding the temperature region of dielectric temperature stability. This study presents a novel approach for achieving wide dielectric temperature stable range and high permittivity in BNT-based ceramics simultaneously.
