Abstract

This paper designs a project to observe dangerous space debris via space-based inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging techniques. The project represents orbital difference observation method to deal with capacious special exploration difficulties, with specific task analyze, feasibility demonstration and radar parameters setting combined with ISAR imaging theories. Moreover, it shows ISAR imaging simulation results and propose orbital intercross algorithm to obtain precise position of space debris. Finally, an overview of the system's virtue and demerit is given.
