Abstract
Singular initial value problems arise in solving one-dimensional steady transonic flow of dual-mode scramjet. The existing solution method has the problems of large initial value errors in principles. This paper puts forward an improved algorithm based on variable transformation, and constructs a non-singular one-dimensional steady transonic flow equation by defining a new variable. The improved algorithm can eliminate the singularity of the differential equation, and can solve the singular initial value problems of one-dimensional steady transonic flow of dual-mode scramjet.
