Small scale UAV testbed for space formation flying experiment

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a ground testbed. The system is composed with some small scale UAVs, in different environment, we use different sensors to absorb where the UAVs' are. First we present the theory of simple flying formation algorithm based on CW equation and dubins 2D path. Second, we explain how to simulate the space formation process with our system. Last we give a simple experiment to demonstrate the result.
