title = "Simulation of natural gas engine model based on Matlab/Simulink",
abstract = "At present, the application of natural gas engine is more and more widely used, and the performance of the electronic control system is improving continually. During the transient process of impact load, in order to control the transient power of natural gas engine, it needs to predict the engine output power. Therefore it needs to establish a natural gas engine model which can reflect the accurate full condition output power and efficiency. The natural gas engine model established in this paper is a continuous time domain of the Mean Value Engine Model (MVEM). This model mainly includes three parts: air flow of intake manifold model; oil fuel vapor and oil film model; crank shaft and loading model. This paper uses Matlab/Simulink to establish a mathematical model of the natural gas engine. The model can simulate different conditions of the natural gas engine, which can effectively reduce the development costs and efficiency of instantaneous power control of the engine system. Finally it uses the actual engine parameters for the simulation calculation, and analyses the results. The results show that the model has a higher accuracy.",
