Abstract
The Circulating fluidized beds (CFBs) for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) are facing great challenge to satisfy stricter emission standard in PR China. Denitration equipments and other flue gas pollutants control technologies have to be improved or built at the same time. So much capital is needed, which is difficult for the coal-fired plants. Novel Integrated Pollutants Control Equipment was put forward. The equipment was used to associate the existing pollutants control equipments to satisfy the emission standard. Bag filters can easily be modified to these equipments by installing activated carbon (AC) absorbers in each bag. Designed of this equipment was firstly proceeded. Two kinds of absorber called as the annular absorbers and the ladder absorbers were optimized by flow field simulation. The pulse-jet cleaning was simulated, too. The Integrated Pollutants Control Equipments has the characteristic uniform of flow field and good ash cleaning ability than the bag filter. The ladder absorber is suitable for pollutants absorption with fully application of AC.
