abstract = "Acoustic manipulation technology is widely used in the fields of materials, chemicals and biology to move or control particle without touching or contaminating. Ultrasonic phased array is an effective method in acoustic manipulation field. In this paper, the mathematical model of acoustic manipulation is established based on the ultrasonic phased array. Aiming at the optimization problem of phased array, the genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced into the phase optimization to get the optimal solution with high efficiency. Simulation model is carried out to verify the mathematical model of acoustic manipulation based on the genetic algorithm, and its performance is compared with BFGS method. The results show that the mathematical acoustic manipulation model is accurate and the genetic algorithm is efficient in the optimization of ultrasonic phased array.",
