Abstract

In this paper, a super-miniaturized Ka-band coaxial collinear antenna is designed based on the micro-coaxial transmission line. The dimensions of the antenna are only 0.5mm*0.5mm*42mm. The operating frequency bandwidth is from 29.4GHz to 30.4GHz. The gain of the antenna is 8.40dBi, and the out-of-roundness is 0.04dB. The proposed antenna can be used for millimeter-wave mobile communications.
