Abstract

We demonstrate transferring 2cm × 2cm unpatterned nanomembrane onto glass substrates. A photonic crystal waveguide is patterned together with subwavelength grating couplers on the transferred nanomembrane. Group index up to 26.5 is experimentally demonstrated.
