Abstract

High, oily wastewater emulsification degree, Strong stability, Water-oil separation difficult and sewage oil content out of limits are common problem in Daqing oilfield asp flooding recovery liquid. Frequency pulse oil-water coalescence technology is first applied to process oilfield coalescence and separation in Daqing oilfield produced water disposal. Oil removal efficiency is increase to 30% by Frequency pulse oil-water coalescence device before oil removal tank. Frequency pulse oil-water coalescence device accelerates oil bead clustering and separation by molecular polarization and electromagnetic pulse concussion role. The technology is of great significance for discharging standard of oily sewage and oil recycle.
