Abstract

For the purpose of temperature measurement in welding zone of hi-frequency welded pipe, measure the weld temperature with a colorimetric pyrometer, and improve the temperature-measuring signal consistence. Application of fuzzy control system adjusts the output power of the induction electric source and controls the welding temperature. Control result can be improved by the design of three kinds of adjusting functions to ensure steady control of hi-frequency welded pipe.
