Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of robust observer-based H∞ control for time-delay uncertain systems in state and control input. The uncertainties are time-varying but with confirmed structure. Based on the observer states, a controller is proposed to stabilize the uncertain time-delay systems. And it can also guarantee H∞ properties. The controller can be obtained by solving two LMIs. Finally, we extend the conclusion to the uncertain multiple time-delay systems.
