Abstract

Road diseases detection plays an important role in road maintenance. It's the basis for promoting the healthy development of transportation infrastructure. In this paper, we focus on the method of automatic road diseases detection based on digital image, present a road diseases identification algorithm based on probability superposition edge detection network. Based on the original probability map, we add the probability generated by special disease features. The results of experiment show that the accuracy of this algorithm is significantly higher than the traditional method, especially for the recognition of special diseases.
