N2 - This paper describes a rigorous modal analysis of electromagnetic coupling between circular horns. The Generalized Scattering Matrix (GSM) of each horn is obtained by the hybrid boundary contour mode-matching (BCMM) technique, and then connected by free-space spherical wave transmission lines, leading to a global GSM description. Two numerical examples, with respect to horns of the same shape and different gains, respectively, are proposed to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the hybrid method.
