N2 - Bearingless Slice Motors have the advantages of simple structure, high compactness and low manufacturing cost, especially suitable for high-speed, high-power density applications. In recent years, Bearingless Slice Motors have been applied in semiconductor, biochemistry, and medical fields. Therefore, the article aims to provide a systematic review of research on the topology of Bearingless Slice Motors. Besides, the speed-rotor diameter and speed-power of existing topology are concluded, based on which the prospects of Bearingless Slice Motors are described.
