Abstract
Superalloy, a kind of high-temperature metallic materials under the service conditions of high temperature and certain stress for long time, possesses a perfect overall performance, which is widely used in aerospace and other fields. Appropriate heat treatment process can improve alloy performance by changing its microstructure. The research progress of superalloy heat treatment process in recent years is summarized. Heat treatment process of the deformation superalloy, casting superalloy, powder superalloy and effect of heat treatment on their organization and performance are discussed in detail. The development trend of superalloy heat treatment process is described.
