Abstract

This paper applies simultaneous equations to build a system model on IRTU. This model is composed of 6 equations and 12 variables. The model uses data from 30 IRTU of 12 famous Chinese universities to carry on the estimation of the model structural parameter. The result shows that the model indicates the interaction among the influencing factors in the model and the law of the interaction. Among the influencing factors, research output, students and disciplines are the top 3 factors that infuence the ability of IRTU, and their weight coefficients are 0.4303, 0.3354, and 0.1969. This model will be of significance in the construction of university scientific research innovation teams.
