By solving the model's equilibrium point and analyzing the stability, the basic condition of the sustainable transfer was given: Contact efficiency was greater than the loss rate. Based on this, the sustainable transfer of tacit knowledge could be achieved by building a technical platform, establishing an incentive mechanism, and creating the team culture atmosphere.",
