Abstract

The kinetic energy of the changing parameters wave is transformed into electric. The wave brushes the pontoon upwards and the kinetic energy is transmited to generator by the specific mechanical driving device. The generation efficiency of the instrument can reach 0.81 for the using of a new type of surface-contact clutch and digital controller. The generation efficiency is 5 times larger than the method of oscillatory waterspout.
