Abstract
Relay with permanent magnet is widely used in such fields as national military defence, communication, industry automation, electric power system protection and so on. The parameters optimum design of relay's polarized magnetic system is the important part of the reliability design of relay with permanent magnet. Based on the multi-object orthogonal design method which has six three levels factors, a parameters optimum design method was researched. On the premise that the product design could satisfy the demands of the product's output characteristics, the best combination of the parameters that would result in the minimum output characteristics fluctuation caused by technology dispersion was got.
