Abstract

NCS is composed of Quality of Service and Quality of Performance. The performance parameters, functions and the process of QoS are discussed. What's more, the parallel strategy based on QoS is put forward. Finally, the parallel strategy based on QoS can improve the transferring efficiency, reduce the delay and delay jitter with illustrations.
