Abstract

The PSF (Point-spread function) of the optical imaging system is variant with field angles, the restore result is unsatisfactory for the restoration methods based on the linear invariant imaging model when the system is one with large field angle. The result will be improved if the degraded image is divided into regions to be restored according to the isoplanatic theory, on the basis of that the system is a linear variant one. Regional continuation method is proposed to resolve the discontinuous problem between regions, and the simulated digital experiment of space variant degraded image restoration proofs the effectivity of this method.
