Abstract
In order to restrain the fluctuation of speed and reduce the vibration, a kind of U-shape single phase permanent magnet synchronies motor with new configuration is introduced. Based on the time stepping finite element method, the dynamic starting process of the motor is simulated. The characteristic curves of the starting shows that the torque of the U-shape single phase permanent magnet motor is decreased and the fluctuation is reduced by adopting the new configuration. At the same time, aimed at the phenomenon of heating caused by the eddy loss when the copper sleeve is added, the temperature of the permanent with improved configuration is gotten after testing the temperature field of the rotor by 3D finite element calculation on the basis of solving the 3D eddy field with A, φ-A method. Finally compared the calculation results and the experiment results, the effectiveness of the improved configuration of the motor and the reliability of its analysis method are proved.
