Research on the driving source of wireless power transfer system with weekly coupled condition

Abstract

In order to enhance quality factor in system's sender under the weak coupling condition of wireless power transmission, increase system's power transmission power and efficiency, came up with one triple coil weak coupling power transmission model. A new match adjustment method of Impedance network is raised based on the usage of single pipe class E power amplifier as the system driver source. Enhance the coil quality factor and at the same time control on-load quality factor effectively. Through Simulation and experiment comparison, the impact of system soft switch on system power and efficiency is verified. At last, 75 W power output at 2.5 MHz frequency and 78% system efficiency is realized through the match adjustment of driver load network parameters.
