abstract = "The multi-mover operation mode of the linear motor is a significant improvement in the efficiency of traditional linear motors. The electromagnetic characteristics and power supply strategy of the multi-mover independent coil permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) are analyzed separately. The concept of virtual magnetic pole is introduced, and the air gap magnetic density is analyzed for the cooperative operation of multiple movers with arbitrary spacing. The detent force and back emf of multi-mover independent coil PMLSM are studied. Finally, a power supply strategy aiming to minimize thrust ripple and maximize thrust density is proposed.",
