Abstract

Agile enterprises are new concept and new global industrial competition mode for 21st century's manufacturing enterprises. Virtual organization is a temporary alliance of partner enterprises which join to take advantage of a market opportunity. The formation of these alliance will require the reasonable approach to assist in this task. This paper analyzes the key factors of the Virtual organization's building process and presents a reasonable approach for developing Virtual organization.
