abstract = "Since the establishment of China, the country has gradually translated from a planned economy to the market economic system. In a traditional Chinese planned economy, the investment management system had a single investment entity which promoted the development of a national economy. With the establishment of the market economy system, the traditional government investment management model starts to expose many drawbacks. As a reform of the government-invested project construction method, the agent construction system emerges and continues to develop. The agent construction system in China is still a new theory and there are many imperfections. Through a comparative analysis of the agent system management model, this paper discusses the measures to improve the agent construction system.",
