Its success or failure depends on the ability to achieve effective knowledge transfer and sharing in the VTIT, so it is very important to research on the stability and continuity of knowledge transfer. Based on establishment of the utility function, the paper analyzed the conditions of knowledge transfer and systematically studied the stability and continuity of knowledge transfer in the VTIT through the methods of static game and repeated game. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions is given to improve the knowledge transfer in the VTIT.",
