Research on selection of leading industry in Heilongjiang province

Leading industry is the core and pillar of the regional economic development. The special industrial environment and economic structure demands Heilongjiang Province to select leading industry to promote the whole economy development. On the basis of leading industries selection principles and criterion, 15 indexes are chosen to evaluate the leading industry selection.
