Abstract
With the development of computer technology, machining center on-line inspection has become key links of integrated quality system in digitalization. Based on machining center, on-line inspection system hardware device is developed. To process data, a median fuzzy filter is described. A combined filter of median fuzzy filter with one phrase recurrence filter is built. The filter can remove both white Gaussian and impulsive noise, improving the measurement accuracy. The inspection system is verified by process of experimental data.
