Abstract

The reliability index and mechanical environment resistance index of switching electrical apparatus used in aerospace system are gradually upgraded. Aiming at overcoming the disadvantage of our products in this field, mathematic model for analyzing nonlinear vibration characteristics of contact system was built. The soft spring characteristics were determined by both free undamped vibration analysis and forced vibration with sinusoidal inputs analysis. Meanwhile, the effects of design parameters, including spring rigidity, damping coefficient and excitation force, on vibration characteristics were investigated by using multiple scales method. The conclusions are valuable in theory and practice for anti-vibration design of switching electrical apparatus.
