Abstract

For the control object of no linkage single axis, the paper presents embedded NC module in the software system of servo, and it realizes the basal embedment. The NC module includes logical function module and NC instruction interpretation module. Some working models of NC module are introduced in this paper in detail. The experimental results have proven that they are feasible. NC module embedded in servo system can achieve incorporation of CNC system and servo system, shorten the instruction period obviously, improve the control precision, enhance the integration and reliability, and reduce the cost of servo system.
