Abstract
Communication system in near space has many advantages of both terrestrial systems and satellite systems, while at the same time, it brings advantages of its own. To ensure the successfully access of high dynamic user, whose mobility is researched. It is of great importance that a method is found to describe the mobility of high dynamic user timely because the accessing point of high dynamic user is changed frequently. The analytical method combined Markov mobility model and two dimension topology is first utilized. The mobile model of high dynamic user is deduced theoretically, which corresponding performance is estimated. It is also a good method to research the accessing mechanism and mobility of high dynamic user in the future work.
