Abstract

According to the monitoring problem of project development for competent authorities, two-layer architecture of management signboard is presented and the signboard monitoring system is developed. The criticality is calculated and ranked by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy synthesis evaluation method. The high ranked problem of military project can be sent to the competent authorities and can be controlled effectively with the proper method.
