Abstract

In order to solve low efficiency problem occurred in production by using six-axis filament winding machine, a kind of remote monitor and control system based on web was proposed. Architecture of the proposed system adopted client/server mode to realize point-to-point control and well real-time performance was available. Module design thoughts were introduced in the system's software design. There were three modules in server: communication module, machining control module and client management module. And in client communication module, control module and display module were included, in which ActiveX technology of Microsoft was applied. In addition, to solve stability and security problems appeared when more than one client access the server, authority allocation strategy, multi-client management strategy, client accessing strategy and peak load strategy were put forward to guarantee reliability and expansibility of the system.
