Abstract
Aimed at the great domestic demands of blood components and all the prepared devices in service were imported, an automatic blood component separation system was developed. The system was comprised of PC and separation-machine communicated by CAN bus, a special software HIT-WG-A was installed in the PC, which was responsible for separation programs and process data management; multi-region optics sensors and special extrusion mechanism were adopted by separation-machine, which could automatically separate Double Blood bag/Triple blood bag/Quadruple blood bag apart to components. Pilot production and experiments testify the performance and application value of the system are fine.
