Abstract
Aiming at the disadvantages of conventional blood separation technique, a new separation philosophy was put forward, and an automatic blood component separation system was developed. The system is comprised of a PC and a slave separation-machine and CAN bus communication network. A special software HIT-WG-A is installed in the PC, which is responsible for the user to create separation program and carry out data management; While the slave separation machine transfuses the blood components into individual bags as required by the users, employing the multiregional optical sensor and unique extrusion apparatus after hard spin centrifugation. Pilot production and experiments testify that the system has superior performance and application value.
