Abstract

During satellite carrying out a scheme, emergencies often occur on the ground, so it is necessary to modify existed mission planning scheme in order to insert emergency imaging tasks. Emergency task planning has the difficulty of high timeliness and little change compared with common task planning. The model of multi-objective optimization constraint satisfaction based on priority is constructed to solve the rapid response of imaging satellite emergency autonomous mission planning. Completely objective entropy weight method is used for dynamic multiple optimization index weights, which can lead that the multi-objective optimization process is not affected by subjective factors. The genetic algorithm with entropy weight method is presented, which is improved by heuristic rules. The results show that above method can generate the better mission planning scheme and achieve the better performance in terms of convergence, the emergency task completion rate of the final winning scheme is 7.5% higher than conventional method.
