Abstract
The applications of magnetic fluid in sensor become more and more widely. As the theoretical research on the magnetic fluid sensors is more and more deeply, the research on dynamic performance is the key to its practical application. Based on the theory of fluid kinematics, the dynamic performance of micro differential pressure sensor with magnetic fluid has been analyzed considering the viscosity variation of magnetic fluid in the magnetic field in this paper. Besides, the coupling model of magnetic field and fluid field of micro differential pressure sensor has been built, and the simulation also has been carried out for the coupling model mentioned above, the simulation result and the theoretical result are consistent. According to the dynamic simulation research on the sensor, the theory for further sensor structure optimization and sensor accuracy enhancement is put forward.
