N2 - The dual exponential tapered slot antenna used in W-band is simulated and optimized in this paper. This kind of antenna has characteristics of wide impedance bandwidth, low side-lobe level, low cross-polarization, low cross-coupling and so on. Through cutting serrations in antenna, a improved dual exponential tapered slot antenna which can improve its performance by restraining transverse current is proposed. This antenna suits for millimeter wave focal plane imaging system as feed antenna.
