Abstract

Interchangeable balancing technology of engine high-pressure turbine rotor standardizer and real rotor is widely used for rotor balancing. In order to improve the assembly coaxial precision of the rotor standardizer, an regulation method of assembly coaxiality error is proposed. The experimental results show that the method can effectively predict the coaxiality of the rotor standardizer, and realize the intelligent optimization of the coaxiality error with the assembly phases of each level of components as variables. When the rotor standardizer is assembled with the optimal phases, the coaxiality of the rotor standardizer is 0.0051 mm, and the coaxiality error is reduced by 0.0272 mm compared with the initial phase, which significantly improves the assembly accuracy of high-pressure turbine rotor standardizer.
