Abstract

Pressure Force Loading experiment for Shell of Spacecraft is significantly imporment for safe flying. Mathematic model of automatic hydraulic pressure force loading system for the shell of spacecraft is developed in this paper. In accordance with the characteristic of highly nonlinear and different hydraulic loading pressure force, a variant proportional factor fuzzy PD controller is designed by error and derivative of error. Parameters of controller is optimized based on genetic algorithms, which is implemented in a new way. Two different coding operators for two different genetic operators genetic operator probabilities are implemented in a single genetic algorithm. Interface of MATLAB and C++ programming language is used for simulation of system design. Experiment results show the good performance of this approach.
