N2 - Gravity will be used for unloading in process of deploying solar wing of spacecraft, antenna and other large components. At present, the device which is most widely used is two-dimensional zero-gravity unfolding rack in type of plane sliding rail. As for disadvantages of two-dimensional zero-gravity unfolding rack in type of plane sliding rail such as large space occupation, low leveling efficiency of sliding rail and relatively single applicable conditions, one high-precision automatic leveling device which can be suspended high in plant and can be extended and rise and fall is proposed. The device can be used as an installation platform of two-dimensional plane sliding rail and thus rapidly realizes height determination and fine tuning of levelness for two-dimensional plane sliding rail. Firstly, it is the introduction to system composition; secondly, description is carried out for principles of lifting, principles of fine tuning of levelness and principles of gap elimination so as to ensure that the platform conforms to requirements of height adjustment and levelness precision adjustment; thirdly, analysis is implemented for freedom degree of the device and measures for posture alignment are put forward; finally, installation and test of the device is completed and the results show that: the leveling device can be used to rapidly realize height increase and decrease as well as automatic leveling of levelness; the lifting precision is above 0.3mm and the leveling precision is above 0.028mm/m.
