Abstract

For realizing vector control on the double-rotor-machine, it is necessary to acquire the relative angular speed/position between the inner rotor and the outer rotor. A method for measuring the relative angular speed /position based on resolvers was put forward. Firstly, based on the transformation of coordinates, the all-digital R2D algorithm was improved to close-loop track the relative angular speed/position between two different rotors while the complexity of the algorithm is not increased, which made the converter easily realized. Secondly, simulation was done to prove the correctness of this algorithm, and then a measure system was designed based on TMS320F2812, including its hardware and software. Finally, experiment was finished to prove the reliability of this system.
