Abstract
A novel morphological filter based digital noise removal method most suitable for eliminating positive and negative pulse disturbance is presented. This filter incorporates the advantages of little additional phase shift, low cost and high reliability. It's used to eliminate the pulse disturbance of phase current signal in speed sensorless vector control system of induction motor, and compared with other linear and non-linear digital filters such as moving average filter, median filter, and experiment waveforms are given. Stator flux signal in vector control system is acquired by integration of back EMF, in order to solve the drift, initial value and the distortion problem of pure integrator, a novel integration method using a kind of saturable feedback is introduced, and the limiting level used in saturable feedback is adjustable according to the estimated speed of induction motor. The usefulness of the proposed scheme is successfully demonstrated by simulation and actual system experiments based on ADMCF328 DSP.
