Research of processes' analysis and choosing in multi-view enterprise model

The enterprise optimizaiton method adopts the multi-view enterprise model. Among the multi-view model, the process view is a core and basic view. So, the enterprise optimization is based on the optimization of the process view. Furthermore, the processes analysis is pre-required to optimize the process view. The processes analysis includes the definition of processes, the structure relations and the dependence relations between processes and the attribution of processes. At last, the criteria to choose alternative processes and the weighted-analysis method for choosing processes are put forward.
