Abstract

Through mixing transition-metal and stibium oxide (Nb2O 5, Fe2O3, Co3O4, TiO 2 and Sb2O3)into WO3-based, The heating type thick film O3 gas sensitive sensor was manufactured at 600°C temperature heating 1 h. the relationship between the heat voltage and the sensitivity, conductance or return frequency after 60 s in the experiments were studied with steady voltage measure method. The relation that composition and the quality proportion of different form affect the gas sensitive property of sensors was discussed. The most optimum O3 gas sensitive sensor of 2%TiO2- 3% Nb2O5-WO3 was discovered.
