Abstract

The winding arrangement has an important impact on the performance of permanent magnet synchronous machine According to the characteristics of the toroidal and tooth-coil windings, the phase relationship of the two winding forms is analyzed, and the accuracy of the analysis is verified by the finite element method. In view of the combined use of the two windings, the calculation method of the winding factor and the law of the winding factor considering the harmonic weakening ability are studied. Finally, the method of improving the machine performance by using different combinations of the both windings is researched.
